Leadership New England, a new study of nonprofit executives and board members in the region, reports that two-thirds (64%) of executives plan to leave their jobs within the next five years, 60% of organizations do not have succession plans, and just one-third of leaders believe they have staff in their organization who can step up into leadership positions.

Get on the Map (GOTM) is a campaign to improve the quality, timeliness and availability of grantmaking activity across the country. GOTM captures grantmaking data which is more detailed than reported on the Form 990. This data will be available through an online mapping tool engineered by the Foundation Center (Candidi), in partnership with Connecticut Council for Philanthropy.
