In our final session, we’ll put it all together: hearing from leadership and staff of foundations who have successfully implemented bold changes and new ideas, providing real-world advice and takeaways. Speakers will outline their thinking: why changes to their programs and operations were necessary, and what it took to move from idea to implementation. Participants will share inspiring ideas—coupled with the nuts and bolts of what it takes to make them a reality.
