TORRINGTON, CT -- The Women & Girls Fund, a fund of the Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation has awarded a grant of $4,275 to Northwestern Connecticut Community College to support a Girls and Women in Manufacturing, a program that includes manufacturing, and financial literacy courses.
