Local Benefit Concert for Music Education in Connecticut

FAIRFIELD, CT -- SpreadMusicNow and Band Together – Connecticut-based non-profits dedicated to improving children's lives through music education, today announced a benefit concert for Connecticut students.  All proceeds from the event will support a coalition of organizations that provide music education to needy students, helping them develop skills for college, career and life success.

NEW HAVEN, CT -- DataHaven, a nonprofit group leading the collection and study of public data on key social and economic indicators, has announced the commencement of the 2015 Community Wellbeing Survey, a major initiative. This will be the most comprehensive survey of quality of life ever conducted in Connecticut, covering issues such as community vitality, health, family economic security, and individual happiness.
