Moraima Gutierrez Named Chair of Latino Endowment Fund at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving
HARTFORD, CT -- Moraima Gutierrez of Hartford has been named chair of the steering committee for the Latino Endowment Fund at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, the community foundation serving the 29-town Greater Hartford region. She succeeds former Latino Endowment Fund steering committee chair Nelly Rojas Schwan who will continue serving as a member of the committee.

Study Finds At-Risk Wrap-Around Supports Critical to Child Care and Preschool Quality
NEW HAVEN, CT -- High quality early childhood programs have immense positive short and long-term effects for children, families, and the state economy, according to a new study from Connecticut Voices for Children. The research was supported by Connecticut Early Childhood Funder Collaborative, a project of the Connecticut Council for Philanthropy.
