NEW MILFORD, CT -- The Community Culinary School of Northwestern Connecticut, in New Milford, received a $3,500 grant from the People’s United Community Foundation. New Van Helps Patients at Wallingford’s Gaylord Hospital
WALLINGFORD, CT -- Gaylord Hospital recently received a $75,000 grant from the Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority to purchase the 15-passenger van. The van will be used for outings designed to help patients re-adjust to normal life.

SPRINGFIELD, MA -- Asnuntuck Community College recently held a celebration after receiving a grant from the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving (HFPG) to partially fund a full-time Success Coach to work with Supplemental Nutrition Employment and Training Program (SNAP) students. The event was held on their Enfield campus on Thursday, June 22 along with the Connecticut Department of Social Services.
