April 21, 12:00 – 1:00 pm CCP will host a follow up conversation for funders to explore where philanthropy can go from here on improving vaccine access and making strides towards health equity in our state. The conversation will be led by Tiffany Donelson, President & CEO of the Connecticut Health Foundation.
