WEST HARTFORD, CT -- Congratulations to two West Hartford residents who have been elected to the Connecticut Council for Philanthropy leadership. Tiffany Donelson, vice president of programs, Connecticut Health Foundation, has been named CCP Board Vice Chair, and Jill Hutensky, senior vice president, Hartford market manager, Bank of America, is a new member of the CCP Board of Directors.
