HARTFORD, CT -- The Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority (CHEFA) is pleased to announce the FY 2020 Client Grant awards. Sixteen nonprofits have been awarded a total of $1,025,937 in grants. The awards are now named in memory of long-time CHEFA Board Member, John M. Biancamano.
