Opinion: Paying it forward during the coronavirus

NORWALK, CT -- In an op-ed in the Stamford Advocate,  Juanita T. James, president and CEO of Fairfield County’s Community Foundation, suggests, "if you’re in a position to “pay it forward,” you can make a real difference. Whether as an advance on services to be rendered upon return to “normal” life, for a different form of service, or to simply pay for the service you’d normally receive, your generous acts can help people who are economically strained meet basic needs. And you can be sure that your acts of kindness won’t be forgotten.
