HARTFORD, CT -- The MetroHartford Alliance's Executive Committee recently voted to appoint Nancy Wheeler, Senior Vice President and Executive Director, Investor Relations, as the organization's interim President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2018.
"We have a tremendous team and foundation in place at the Alliance and I look forward to continuing to build value for our investors," says Wheeler. "I have enjoyed working alongside Oz, who made a lasting impact on this organization and community and I look forward to serving in this new role and a successful transition to a new CEO."
Nancy has been an invaluable leader at the Alliance and her willingness to assume the interim role will ensure continuity with the Alliance's investor relations function and the organization's core services and mission.
