The Guilford Foundation Welcomes New Board Members and Announces Officers

The Guilford Foundation added Wesley Cain and Nathan Scoggin to the board of directors, who bring tremendous business and philanthropic experience. The slate of officers was also announced and includes Chair Alex Sulpasso, Vice Chair John Hyman, Treasurer Kristin Vander Wiede, and Secretary Ashley Fernandez. "The Guilford Foundation's board is the driving force behind our grantmaking, strategic direction, governance, and community leadership," said Liza Janssen Petra, Executive Director of The Guilford Foundation. "To help advance our mission, we seek board members who bring diverse perspectives, a range of professional and volunteer experience, and, of course, a passion for our community."
