WEST HARTFORD, CT -- The Edward C. & Ann T. Roberts Foundation has dedicated its 2017 Annual Report to past president Janet Larsen who passed away in April 2018.
"Jan was a member of the Roberts' board for 26 years and was the first non-family member to serve as president, said Lisa Curran, the Foundation's executive director. "She and her husband, Chris, championed Hartford's arts community, and the region is all the richer for their leadership."
In 2017, the foundation awarded $317,250 in grants to 34 organizations, organizations that consistently produce experiences that successfully connect area residents and build a responsive, resilient community. The Foundation is grateful to those organizations for reflecting Jan Larsen's legacy and look forward to partnering to advance that legacy in the future.
