RIDGEFIELD, CT -- Over the last seven months, Terry McManus has spent dozens of hours at Keeler Tavern Museum & History Center digitizing glass plate negatives that photographer Joseph Hartmann created of Ridgefield residents and the town during the early 20th century. NEW CANAAN, CT -- Leonard Tow, Founder and chairman of The Tow Foundation, is one of nine recipients of the 10th class of the Carnegie Medal of Philanthropy. He was named during a ceremony held last week on the 100th anniversary of the death of Carnegie, a who was known for his charitable giving, at the latter’s ancestral home in Dunfermline, Scotland.
