CONNECTICUT -- The Liberty Bank Foundation has approved $241,500 in grants to nonprofit organizations serving Liberty Bank’s market area and surrounding towns to support programs that will provide early childhood education, affordable housing, and basic human needs.
NEW BRITAIN, CT -- In its second round of funding of the year, the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain has awarded more than $280,000 in grants to a wide variety of community programs serving Berlin, New Britain, Plainville and Southington.

TORRINGTON, CT -- The Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation has allocated a minimum of $55,000 to distribute to public charities and faith-based organizations in its 20-town service area* for year-end critical-needs grants.
