Join CCP for a special briefing with FEMA representatives to deepen your understanding of FEMA, and in particular, its long-term recovery work in Connecticut. This is part of a CCP conversation series with state and federal partners.
In response to the ongoing impacts of the pandemic, FEMA has evolved its presence to include long-term recovery work in our state. Aimed at building long-term resilience, FEMA is supporting projects in areas including housing, workforce development, early childhood, sustainable infrastructure, and more.
We’ll be joined by key state figures and leaders of FEMA’s work in Connecticut to walk through the agency’s plans and highlight projects in our state. We’ll explore how this work can complement philanthropy’s engagement in key areas, as well as open opportunities for new federal support.
