CCP has been hosting weekly check-in calls since early April to help funders stay informed and connected during this unprecedented crisis. We will continue to provide opportunities to hear from state and nonprofit leaders as well as experts on a wide range of issues related to the COVID-19 response. We hope you will join CCP and colleagues on these regular check-in calls as we work together to respond to this crisis in an engaged, strategic, and informed way.
The Friday June 12 CCP Member check-in call will focus on advancing racial equity in philanthropy’s response to COVID-19.
This call will feature Dr.Tekisha Dwan Everette, Health Equity Solutions, outlining what funders can do to support communities of color in this time, and will be led by CCP’s board chair and vice chair, Elaine Mintz, Fairfield County’s Community Foundation, and Tiffany Donelson, CT Health Foundation.
