NEW CANAAN, CT -- With a nonprofit fund housed at the New Canaan Community Foundation, the Friends of Mead Park Playground is working toward a $200,000 fundraising goal to more than match the $190,000 that the town already has set aside for the current year’s capital budget to replace the existing main play structure at Mead.

Entries are due by December 15, 2017. Travelers will award up to $26,000 in cash prizes to the winning students and their high schools.
