A Legislative Forum on Financial Hardship and Strategies to Help Families Achieve Financial Security
NEW YORK, NY -- Rahima Nasa, an alum from the Class of 2017, has been selected as the first Newmark J-School fellow for FRONTLINE, PBS’s flagship investigative documentary series. The new year-long journalism fellowship program is funded by The Tow Foundation, which also underwrites the Tow-Knight Center for Entrepreneurial Journalism, the Tow Professorships, and other initiatives at the J-School.
BRISTOL, CT -- Main Street Community Foundation invites area nonprofit organizations to apply for grants through its competitive General Grant Cycle. All proposals for the General Grant Cycle are due March 29, 2019. Local students are also invited to submit scholarship applications for 75 scholarship opportunities. The deadline for all scholarships is March 15, 2019.
