HARTFORD, CT -- The Travelers Companies, Inc. today released its annual Community Report, announcing that the company provided more than $24 million in charitable donations in 2019. Travelers distributed these funds to programs and organizations dedicated to improving academic and career success, developing thriving neighborhoods and creating culturally enriched communities. DERBY, CT -- The Valley Community Foundation is pleased to share results of The Great Give® 2020 with its Valley community and to highlight the winners of VCF-sponsored Great Give prizes. HARTFORD— The Connecticut Office of Early Childhood has announced that it has launched “CTCARES for Family Child Care” to provide support to licensed family child care providers during the COVID-19 public health emergency and beyond. The initiative is made possible with approximately $830,000 in support from nonprofit organizations, including the Connecticut Early Childhood Funder Collaborative, 4-CT, and other philanthropic groups — and financial support continues to grow.

ROCKY HILL, CT -- The Connecticut United Ways COVID-19 Response Fund has announced that more than 1,000 households across the state have now benefited from the Fund.
