NEW HAVEN, CT -- The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven (TCF), the region’s charitable endowment and largest grantmaker, has created a new competitive grant process to benefit nonprofit animal shelters in Greater New Haven. Nonprofit shelters are eligible to apply year-round for up to $7,500 in funding from The Lillian and Henry A. Konopacke Fund.
