Program Description
Program's purpose: To support charitable organizations within Liberty Bank's service area. Emphasis is on providing basic needs to families and individuals of low income, especially at-risk children and families in crisis.
Funding priorities: Community and economic development, education, health, human services, housing and the arts.
Program limitations/restrictions: Does not fund annual funds of colleges, universities or hospitals; trips, tours, or conferences; scientific or medical research; deficit spending or debt reduction; lobbying; religious groups, except for non-sectarian programs; and other grant-making organizations.

Geographic limitations: Middlesex and New London Counties, as well as the towns of Cheshire, Mansfield, Marlborough, North Haven, Wallingford, and Windham.
